Need It Urgently – $15 (Express Post)

Express Post 1-3 business days depending on your location with Australia
Packages are sent via Australia Post Express Service and do not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security of your allocated shipping address as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Once the package has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please be mindful that there may be unexpected delays once orders have been dispatched that are out of our control.
Items must be returned in the condition which the product was purchased (unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact). If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or store credit on all products returned to us within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Placing an Order
When placing an order please follow the check-out instructions. Once the order has been placed you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation Email’ to recognise that we have received your order. Please note that during sale periods it may take up to 5 business days for an order to be processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if there has been an error in price or error with our quantity levels.
