At numaven we are no strangers to health, safety and hygiene. As we are really excited to be back treating our beautiful clients we are implementing additional protocols to ensure everyone remains safe and healthy. Please call us to re-schedule your appointment if you are unwell, have recently been unwell, or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms. We ask that you come alone to your appointment to facilitate social distancing in our space.  

When booking your appointment you will receive a text message with a link to a COVID Screening Form, we ask that you complete this prior to your appointment. It will ask you the following questions:  

Do you have a:

- Sore throat

- Fever

- Shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms

- Loss of taste and/or smell  

If you have:

- Proof of vaccination i.e first and second dose

- Been a close or casual COVID contact within the last 14 days 

- Been into contact with someone who have just got back from overseas

- Been into contact with someone who has returned from Melbourne

- Recently been into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
