At numaven, we are committed to creating a customised experience for all of our beautiful clients. We ask that you follow these helpful tips so we can continue to provide high-quality services:
- 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. Changes to your booking can be made outside of the 24-hour window.
- Our pricing is a reflection of our commitment to continual training, education and experience.
- Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur 50% of the treatment cost.
- numaven reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.
- No-shows will be required to pay the full cost of treatment when they come into the salon for a future appointment.
- If you are unhappy with a service please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. - All packages must be used within one month of purchase.
Prices and Product
All prices displayed on the website are in AUD unless adjusted to another currency.
We reserve the right to change product availability, prices and descriptions and at any time. At times the information may appear out of date or inaccurate, we reserve the right to alter information at any time however we will do our best to do this efficiently. We make all reasonable attempts to display images of our products accurately however, the actual colour of the material may depend on the computer system you are viewing it from. We cannot guarantee that your computer system will display the colours of the material accurately.
numaven is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter.
LED Memberships T&Cs
You agree to be charged on a recurring basis for the term set out by Numaven. In the event that your payment fails, you and Numaven will be notified. Fresha will attempt to take payment for the membership the day before it expires, and if it fails, again after 24 hours, 48 hours and finally after 4 days. If all of these payments fail, your membership will automatically cancel.
Our memberships $55 are per week for unlimited LED light sessions. No lock-in contracts and no obligation (other than the commitment you make to healthy skin). We understand that sometimes (within reason) you need to hit pause — for example, if you're going on holiday - please reach out to us directly to pause your membership. Failure to contact us in regard to any changes, your membership payments will continue unless we are notified. Please note LED sessions can not be shared or transferred to friends or family. By purchasing this membership you agree to our terms and conditions
